Q-CallShop is a Microsoft .NET based management and operation service for running a Call Shop business offering international long distance telephone call service using VoIP technology and network for call termination.
Q-CallShop service/solution is ideal for operating and managing one or thousands of Call Shops as the service/solution lends itself to ease of virtually unlimited expansibility without compromising on the efficiency and effectiveness of management and accessibility to operation data and management information by the owner or managers by remote access from Internet Explorer browser anywhere.
Q-CallShop is equally ideal for setting up physical Call Shops as well as virtual Call Shops in an enterprise or corporate setting - simply use Q-CallShop service as a facility for an effective and efficient way of building VoIP application units in country or market region. It offers the most cost efficient way of entry into the VoIP world of opportunities.

To test-drive the functions, we propose that you build a Q-CallShop yourself by using our softphone known as Ecofone.

EcoFone for the purpose of the tests.
The MSRP of the EcoFone is US$30.00. Discount is offered to reseller.

A typical Q-CallShop built with Q-4FXS and Q-2FXS has cost factors detailed as follows:
To set up a Q-CallShop with 10 telephones, the expenses you have to provide for are
(a) Purchase of VoIP gateways and telephones
2 units of Q-4FXS 2 x US$699.00 = US$1398.00
1 unit of Q-2FXS 1 x US$399.00 = US$ 399.00
Total: US$1797.00
Apply a discount: of 30% - US$ 539.10
Net price: US$1257.90
10 Analog single-line phones x US$30.00 = US$300.00
(b) One-time setup charge: US$ 300.00 for configuring the VoIP gateways and helping you to build your Sell Rates (i.e., the per minute rate that you, as owner of Q-CallShop, charge the customers of
Q-CallShop)
(c) The per minute rate stated in the wholesale rates sheets for Q-CallShop offered to you as owner of the Q-CallShop. You may set the Sell Rates that you want to charge your customers.
To become a owner/operator of EcoCarrier's Q-CallShop, you have to take the following steps:
- do a test-drive of EcoCarrier's Q-CallShop's functions and services to make sure the technology and service work well for the intended country/market.
- enter into a Service Agreement with EcoCarrier Inc. Refer to EcoCarrier
Service Provision Agreement and the applicable Buy Rates for Q-CallShop service.
- buy the required EcoFone or Q-2FXS or Q-4FXS VoIP gateways and the analog telephones, etc.
- pay a one time set up charge of US$300.00 for the labour charge for helping you to install and configure the EcoFone and/or Q-2FXS or Q-4FXS VoIP gateways to interoperate with EcoCarrier's Q-Regime, Q-IVR Server, Q-Bill Server and
Q-CallShop server and running tests and helping you to build your Sell Rates and loading them in EcoCarrier's billing server.
- make a minimum pre-payment of US$1000.00 before the activation of the service. The prepayment is to be maintained in amount approximately equal to
2 x the usage amount of a one-week period. Your actual usage cost will be drawn from the prepayment. The prepayment amount must be replenished when it is depleted to the 30% level.
Your Profit and Earning
Your gross profit is the difference between your Buy Rates (i.e.. the per minute rate that EcoCarrier charges you for switching and billing the call) and your Sell Rates, which are the per minute rates that you want to charge your customers set according to the market condition where you operate the business.
