Example of a highly profitable application that you can do with Q-ICTFA
You can now be an ITSP offering prepaid calling card service for calling from anywhere in the 80 countries without having to install any VoIP gateway by using our Toll Free Access Number for the country that dials right into Ecocarrier Q-IVR server in Toronto, Canada.
We provide you with a 1-800 Number (or its equivalent) that your customer can dial from any telephone within the country to reach our Q-IVR in Canada, and he will hear Enter your PIN."
Our system then goes and does the authentication of the PIN.
If it is determined that the PIN is valid, our system then plays the next voice prompt that says "Enter the number you want to reach."
When the customer dials the number for the destination, our system then calls the destination number and connects the called party at the destination with the customer.
In this mode of operation you can offer prepaid calling card service anywhere in the 80 countries without having to install any equipment or infrastructure of any kind yourself.
The cost for such a call is made up of 2 legs, namely Leg (1) per minute rate for call dialed to Toll Free Number in the country to Ecocarrier's Q-IVR server and Leg (2) per minute rate for the call from Ecocarrier's Q-IVR to the destination number.
You and your customers can have remote access to Ecocarrier's Q-Bill Portal to view CDRs and billing data on calls made. This Q-Bill Portal can be customized to your private label specifications.
