Value Proposition

EcoCarrier provides 24x7 network operations, technical support and local and long distance bilateral interconnection agreements.

As a hosted client of EcoCarrier, you maintain ownership of the customer, service brand, and Tier 1 customer and technical support, while EcoCarrier supports the backoffice platform, switching and transport, ongoing operations and Tier 2 technical support.

EcoCarrier tracks and monitors voice quality and network performance metrics and provides you, the operator, with a full view into the phone calls routed over its network.

All you need to invest in is a H323 compliant VoIP gateway with basic VoIP functions. All the functional capability for CDR (Call Details Records) generation for prepaid and post-paid billing and Prepaid Calling Card Operation and IVR (Interactive Voice Response) is provided by EcoCarrier's Q-Regime integrated with Q-Bill servers.

Various service modules are offered by EcoCarrier in an ASP (Application Service Provision) model. You may avail yourself of any of the service offerings.

Q-Bill

The invoicing, accounting, and customer care features of Q-BILL allow you to

Manage the prepaid (calling card) and postpaid accounts

set start date, end date, life time, rate tables, limit, and contact information
generate batches of accounts and export account details for card printing

Manage the accounts for originating gateways that use your gateways for termination

Manage the rates

user (calling card) rates and inter-gateway rates
flat rates and day- and time-sensitive rates
different rates charged according to different access numbers dialed by the prepaid calling card users
import and export rate tables

Generate the invoice for the accounts and email/print the invoice to the customers

Manage the payment data when you receive payments from the customers

Remote Access to Q-Bill Server

As a hosted client of EcoCarrier you are allowed remote access to the web-server of Q-Bill from an Internet Explorer browser running in a PC anywhere on the Internet

to view all CDR and billing and invoice data and to print them
to manage your accounts including PIN generation and accounts activation and suspension

Outstanding flexibility for Reseller of telephone service provision

2 levels of billing for Prepaid Calling Card Operation
billing according to IP addresses of a network of VoIP gateways, owned and operated by you, under your aggregate credit amount for credit management and invoicing purposes.

Outstanding integrated IVR Server function

The system includes IVR server that interoperates with remote H.323-compliant gateways, that are by and of themselves without IVR or CDR generation capability, to provide Prepaid Calling Card IVR voice prompts in 7 languages to the end-users calling into the gateways.

Enable any H.323-compliant gateway to operate prepaid calling card operation and post paid operation with minimal start-up capital investment

The hosted client does not have to invest in infrastructure or maintenance of the Operation Support Services (OSS) you pay a small monthly subscription service fee and a very small per minute fee.

Virtually unlimited scalability you, the hosted client, simply has to focus on developing sales

The hosted clients may take advantage of the many revenue-generating specialty services that are offered by EcoCarrier including EcoCarrier's Call-Back-based VoIP service, VoIP-based Voice Mail Boxes, GoldLine service, Q-CallShop service, etc. you pay for these services separately.
